Second-term actions are reversed at a visibly higher rate — but they are also younger, and litigation takes time. Read this as a snapshot of current standing, not a verdict on durability.
How strong is the archive’s own evidence
level across every effect claim in the archive. A tracker whose claims were overwhelmingly Direct would be either extraordinary or dishonest — most real-world effects are contributory at best.
